Development History

The following is a partial list of projects completed by the Linde Development Corporations:

  1. The Orlovon, at 2363 Champlain Street, NW. This 20 unit apartment was built in 2000.

  2. The Barrett apartment, 1310 12th Street, NW. This is an eight unit apartment built in 1999.

  3. The Downtown I & II, 1201-1207, 1223-1225 N Street, NW. This is a 50 unit apartment project developed in 1988.

  4. The Strand 4800 MacArthur Blvd, NW Washington, DC . This property is directly across from the reservoir. It is a 66 unit apartment project that was built and sold in 1981.

  5. The Court, 3rd Street & Maryland Avenue, NE Washington, DC. This is a 64 unit apartment. It was built and sold in 1979.

  6. 18th Street & Swann Street, NW Washington, DC. This is a 9, 2-Unit, town-house project built in 1978.

  7. Kalorama Mews, 1900 Block of Biltmore Street, NW Washington, DC. This is a 48 unit apartment that was built in 1975.

  8. 19th Street & T Street, NW Washington, DC This is a 19 unit apartment built in 1980.

  9. Arizona Avenue & MacArthur Boulevard, NW Washington, DC. This was a mixed townhouse (25) and single family home (3) development completed and sold in 1982.

  10. 3800 Block of Klingle Place, NW Washington, DC. This development was 14 semi-detached homes built and sold in the early 1980s.

  11. Foxhall Mews, 4436-4450 Macarthur Blvd. Washington, DC. This is a 20 unit apartment project developed in 1968.

  12. Lanier Mews 1776-1778 Lanier Street, NW. This is a 36 unit apartment developed in 1980.

  13. Chelsea Row Condiminiums, 1600 block of Corcoran Street, NW. This is a 30 unit apartment developed in 1975.

  14. Euclid Mews 1656-1690 Euclid Street, NW. This is 24 unit apartment developed in 1980.

  15. Corcoran Walk, 1800 block of Corcoran Street, NW. This was a 66 unit apartment project. These units were developed and sold in 1972.

  16. Dupont Row, 1700 block of Q Street, NW. This is a 28 unit apartment unit that was built and sold in 1978.

In addition to these projects, the Linde Development Corporations have developed hundreds of for-sale townhouse and apartment units throughout Capitol Hill, Dupont Circle, Adams Morgan, and Palisades neighborhoods of Washington, DC.
